Cristina L. Dunbar: A Multi-Award-Winning Healer and Educator

Cristina L. Dunbar is an internationally recognized, award-winning massage therapist. She earned the Bronze medal at the 2022 American Massage Championship and has competed globally, including at the prestigious International Massage Competition in Denmark and several virtual events. Today, she shares her expertise as a judge for the PA Massage Competition and the Touch of Venus Singaporean Massage Competition (virtual).

As a natural healer, intuitive psychic medium, and gifted massage therapist, Cristina’s approach is deeply client-centered. She takes the time to understand each individual’s needs, crafting tailored treatment plans that focus on achieving measurable results. A graduate of the Baltimore School of Massage - York (2014), Cristina continuously elevates her skills through advanced education. Expertise in Medical Massage and Post-Surgical Care
Cristina specializes in medical massage, providing relief for conditions such as fibromyalgia, oncology-related issues, lymphatic drainage, frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, sciatica, and more. She is also extensively trained in pre- and post-surgical treatments, including procedures like BBL, breast surgeries (augmentation, reduction, mastectomy), tummy tucks, knee replacements, bunionectomies, and even care for broken bones (even while in a cast).

In addition to her PA State Massage Therapy License, Cristina is a licensed esthetician and holds a National Provider Identification (NPI), further solidifying her commitment to comprehensive client care.

Cristina has achieved Master Teacher levels in Reiki, tracing her lineage back to Japan through the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT), of which she is a proud member. She teaches Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki (Levels I/II and Master Teacher), Holy Fire III/Karuna Reiki Master Teacher, MATRIX OF MACROCOSM®, and a variety of massage therapy courses.
