Relaxation Massage with Reiki
Relaxation Massage (Swedish) uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation. With Reiki a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being. These two treatments are combined from beginning to end for the ultimate in healing and relaxation.

Sinus Therapy
When you suffer from congestion, headaches, allergies, sinusitis, or nasal infection, this therapy can provide a miraculous remedy. The treatment combines a face massage with steamed towels to open the sinuses and relax the facial muscles. A special oil formula is optional (additional fee) and can be administered to cleanse, purify, and strengthen the nasal passages, allowing for deeper breathing and a sense of clarity and relaxation.

Cupping Treatment
People have used cupping for thousands of years to ease back pain, neck pain, headaches and other problems. Cupping therapy involves creating a suction force to pull blood into the skin.
People mostly use cupping to relieve conditions that cause pain. Some people say it also helps with chronic (ongoing) health issues. Cupping may ease symptoms of:

What is Reiki?
The word “Reiki” comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning life energy.
Reiki is a type of energy healing. According to practitioners, energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or even emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness.
Energy medicine aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure. Reiki practitioners believe that improving the flow of energy around the body can enable relaxation, relieve pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness.
Mikao Usui developed Usui Reiki Ryoho, the most current form of Reiki, in 1922. However, people have practiced Reiki for about 2,500 years.
People also refer to Reiki as palm healing or hands-on healing.
