HINT: Put a golf ball in the freezer for an hour or two. Roll the frozen ball on the bottom of your foot from your heel to the ball of your foot for plantar relief.
HINT: Peppermint oil is great for headache relief but also for relief of sore muscles.
HINT: Place a tennis ball between your shoulder blade and spine for relief of sore upper back area. Do NOT do this in your car.
HINT: Yoga balls come in various sizes so be sure you get the size appropriate for you. Yoga balls are great in aiding stretches of the anterior (chest and belly). Great for back pain.
