Cancellations

Happie Soul Massage understands that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.  When you book an appointment that time is reserved for you.  Missed appointments are costly in lost time and revenue, and it prevents us from providing services to other clients.  In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

 

\ 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you give a full 24 hour notice, you will not be billed for the missed session.


\ If less than 24 hours is given, you will be charged the full service fee. If you fail to show and/or do not call, you will be charged the full service fee. Cancellations due to circumstances beyond your control (ex: inclement weather, family emergencies, canceled childcare, etc.) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

\ If you are booking your service within 24 hours of the actual appointment time, there is no cancellation and you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.


\GROUPON vouchers and Gift Certificates will be forfeited for no shows.
